Small World Framing -- Gary Smith
We are pleased to offer the talented and thoughtful framing expertise of Gary Smith
Gary Smith of Small World Framing

Gary begins each client encounter by listening. He cares for each piece of art or family treasure, always wanting to do the best according to his clients' wishes.

Once he understands the client's vision, he draws from his own wealth of experience to offer alternatives and options which the client may not have considered. Once a design is settled upon, he creates an on-the-spot quote and his best estimate of when the work will be completed.

Gary has framed many of the works in Bodega Bay Heritage Gallery's collection, and receives high marks from other regular clients, such as Ren Brown of the Ren Brown Collection, and popular Bodega Bay Artist, Dimitri Pavloff. He also has represented the etchings of Gail Packer for the past twenty years, and continues to offer her works, as well as the watercolors of Bodega Bay watercolor artist, Jean Warren.

Gary received a degree in visual arts from Sonoma State University. After a brief time working as a credentialed California teacher, he moved into framing full time. He has centered his work in Bodega Bay for the past twenty years, and now has completed over 6,000 individual framing projects. He worked at Branscomb's Gallery, Local Color Gallery, the Smith and Kirk Gallery, and now is making his home at Bodega Bay Heritage Gallery.

Stop in and see Gary. He is most personable and professional, and will treat your frameable treasures well.
