Purchase and Delivery Options and our Return Policy

		Purchasing - After having done a thorough job of shopping and you are certain you wish to purchase one of our paintings, you may purchase in person at our gallery or over the phone. We accept Visa/Mastercard and American Express orders over the phone, and personal checks. Personal checks need to clear before shipment can be made.
		Delivery - We use UPS and Fed Ex, and require the receiving party to sign for the shipment upon arrival. The shipper will provide you with tracking information so you may target the arrival time more precisely. We strive to arrange exceptionally safe and prompt delivery. A shipping charge is applied to cover shipping costs, packing materials, and insurance.
		Shipping Container - We ship your your painting in a Strongbox by Airfloat, designed to protect valuable paintings. Each painting is wrapped in glassine and then white paper before being boxed. Then the painting is safely encased in three layers of foam protection – two layers of convoluted foam and a middle layer of Perf-Pack foam which precisely surrounds the frame of your painting, done by removing perforated squares to form an opening. These multiple layers work together to provide superior shock absorption, guarding your art from bumps and scrapes during shipping. Our Strongboxes also have puncture guard liners, providing the strength of plywood without the weight.
Return Policy. We specifically want to avoid "purchase upon approval" situations, as shipping round trip can be hazardous to these old works of art, not to mention the time and expense consumed. Therefore, we make every effort to make certain of your satisfaction, listening and carefully addressing your concerns before we complete your transaction and ship. Ideally, we want you to visit the gallery and see the painting in person and view your work on easel with proper lighting. But if a gallery experience isn't possible, we will post a private link on our website for you to get receive a very large jpg photo, providing you an exceptional closeup of the painting you wish to purchase. If there needs to be a return, we request the painting be carefully shipped in the same Strong Box it was shipped in. After the painting is received, a full refund will be made, minus shipping costs.
